Like many others in the recruiting industry, Caroline did not plan on this particular career.  While job searching after being laid off, she interviewed with a staffing agency for an opening with one of their clients and they ended up offering her a position internally as an agency recruiter.  She then went on to work in staffing for 6 years, matching countless people of different knowledge, skills, and abilities to positions in a variety of industries.  Although the work was rewarding, she realized that an eventual goal of hers was to become a corporate recruiter.  In 2021, she achieved this goal as the Senior Talent Specialist at ISE!  At the same time, she became a digital nomad, living on the road and traveling the country, while building her own career and helping others in cybersecurity do the same.
